Brooks & Dunn's Ronnie Dunn has been dealing with an illness, but it got the better of him on Friday night. He tried to make it through their show, but had to leave the stage during their encore. Fans noticed that his voice was cracking during some of the high notes and that he seemed "winded" during the concert. During their encore performance of "Boot Scootin' Boogie," Ronnie had to call it quits. "Sing it if you know it," he told the crowd, before he walked up to the front of the stage to wave goodnight to the crowd, patting his chest to say that his voice had given out. No reason was given for him having to leave, but during their mid-March show at the HoustonRodeo Ronnie was still recovering from COVID-19 and strep throat.
