When 48-year-old LeGrand Gold received the bad news that his cancer was Stage 4, he decided to create a bucket list that he is calling "LG's List of Living." One of his dreams was to meet Dolly Parton. That dream came true on December 22nd when she called him. LG's wife recorded the moment and shared it on his YouTube channel. "Hey LG, it's Dolly P! Dolly joked. "I've heard you've been a fan of mine of many years, and I just wanted to thank you for that. I really thank you for shooting out the word you'd like to talk with me. I'm just happy that we got to have our journey together in this lifetime. I always wanna make people happy with my music, and with the things I do and the things I say. I'm just happy to know that I've touched your life in some way. So thank you for honouring me with that." At the end of the call, she sang some of her hit song "I Will Always Love you," adding LG's name into the lyrics.
