Zach Bryan was playing a show in Australia on December 9th, when he noticed a young girl in the crowd with a sign. That little girl is 4-year-old Laylah Tilley, and she is currently receiving treatment for Leukemia. Her sign read:

Of course the last one wasn't checked. Once he saw the sign, he decided to make her dream come true. Zach had Laylah and her mom brought to the front of the stage. He jumped into the crowd to autograph her sign and to give her a pat on the shoulder.
