The Academy of Country Music's Party for a Cause is returning this year. However it will be a little different. Instead of being held in Las Vegas in April, ahead of the ACM Awards, the event is set for August 24 in Nashville ahead of the ACM Honors. There will be performances from Trisha Yearwood, Mickey Guyton, Lee Brice, Brett Eldredge, Sam Hunt, Old Dominion with special guests and Tenille Townes. More acts will be announced in the coming weeks. The ACM Party for a Cause benefits ACM Lifting Lives, which, in recent months, has distributed more than $3.5 million to members of the country music community in need during the pandemic.
