I’ve got some really great events lined up for this weekend, including two Santa Claus Parades!
Saturday morning will begin in Burlington at the Sweat and Shop at 1400 Plains Road East. There will be a few fitness classes running in the morning followed by a room full of vendors from 9am until 12:30! You can stop by and shop, but please remember to bring some non-perishable food items or five dollars for admission. After that I’ll be at the Milton Handmade Market at 121 Chisholm Drive. You can shop from over 60 different vendors from 10am until 4pm with proceeds supporting two different charities.
Then it’s off to the Erland Lee Museum in Stoney Creek for the Santa Claus Kids Program! Bring the kids by for either 12:30pm or 2pm for this one and a half hour program full of games, crafts, stories and more. For my last stop of the day I’ll be hanging out at Joe Sams Park in Waterdown, as I get the cruiser all decked out and ready to go for the Flamborough Santa Claus Parade which starts at 6:30pm.
Sunday morning I’ll be getting ready to make my way through the Mississauga Santa Claus Parade, which starts around 12:30pm. After that, I’ll be hanging out at the Hamilton Farmers Market, as they’ll be open on Sundays during the month of December from 8am until 4pm.
For my last stop of the day I’ll be over at the Binbrook Fairgrounds for the Christmas Village and Tree Lighting Event! From 4pm until 6pm, drop in for some Christmas themed fun including face painting, crafts, horse and buggy rides, a cookie walk and so much more.
You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!
And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page. I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!
Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
