I can’t believe that it’s already the first weekend of May! It looks like we’ll be able to enjoy some sunshine and finally get out of the house.
My first stop Saturday will by the Adopt-a-Thon and Vendor Market at 823 Highway 6 North in Hamilton. Swing by from 9am until 5pm to look at adopting a new furry friend or to get some shopping done. After that I’ll be at the 9th Annual National Puddle Day at 3091 Homestead Drive in Mount Hope. Jump in puddles for 11am until 2pm or grab a bite to eat with proceeds supporting Bereaved Families of Ontario.
Then I’ll be off to the Triple C Build a Barn Event at 500 Carluke Road West in Ancaster. Drop by from 11am until 3pm to meet the animals, play games, check out the raffles and more to help raise fund for a new barn! For my last stop of the day I’ll be hanging out at the Sew Hungry Event on Ottawa Street in Hamilton. From 11am until 8pm walk the street to shop, enjoy live music and grab a bite to eat from just one of the many food trucks.
Sunday Morning will start off at the Dundas Museum for their Door Open Event. You can stop by from 11am until 3pm for a free tour and more! After that I’ll be at the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology for their Golden Horseshoe Live Steamer Day. From 11am until 4pm, go for a tour of the museum or for a miniature train ride.
For the last stop of the weekend I’ll be over at the Mother’s Day Market in Burlington at
You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!
And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page. I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!
Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
