Well this is our last weekend before Christmas and I can’t wait!
If you’re done all of your shopping or looking to pick up a few more things, check out one of these great events.
My first stop of the day is Hamilton Farmers Market at 35 York Blvd. From 7am until 5pm, stop by to grab some groceries and keep a look out for Santa and Mrs. Clause from 11am until 3pm, as they make their way through the market. After that I’ll be heading over to the Charity Wrapping Station at Eastgate Square. Look for the wrapping stand and from 10am until 5pm have your gifts wrapped with proceeds supporting Homefront Cancer Services.
Then I’ll be off to Dickens of A Christmas in Downtown Dundas. From 11am until 3pm go for a wagon ride, enjoying live music or sample some free hot chocolate through Downtown Dundas. For my last stop of the day I’ll be hanging out at the Dundas Museum, just down the Street at 139 Park Street and explore some of the exhibits.
Sunday Morning will start off at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area to enjoy some Winter Hiking. Swing by until sunset to hike their amazing trails! After that I’ll be at the Battlefield House Museum and Park in Stoney Creek to take a step back in time. From noon until 4pm, learn about old Christmas traditions and tour the Museum.
For my last stop of the weekend I’ll be hanging out at the Dundas Driving Park Outdoor Skating Rink.
You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!
And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page. I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!
Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
